How do I submit points?
Submit your points by scanning the QR code or click on “Submit Your Points” above and by emailing Loyalty@vibratravels.com with your documentation or screenshots.
Are all points tracked automatically?
Points need to be submitted via online submission. Some actions—like referrals, social media engagement, and reviews—require a screenshot or more to earn points.
Can I earn points for onboarding?
Yes! You can rack up points for completing onboarding quickly, submitting documents without delays, and meeting all requirements the first time.
When will I receive my rewards?
Once your selection is confirmed, rewards like gift cards are typically delivered within 2 weeks.
Do points expire?
Points don’t expire, but your tier placement is based on a rolling total—so staying active helps you move up or maintain your level.
How do I refer a traveler or client?
Use our standard referral channels. If the referral qualifies and completes an assignment (or a client completes a placement), your points will be added!
How will I know when I move to a new tier?
The Loyalty Team will track your progress and notify you when you move up. Your recruiter will be in the loop, too!
What qualifies for the 50-point compliance bonus?
All required health and compliance documents must be submitted on time, complete, and accepted—no extra labs or follow-ups needed.
Is this only for full-time travelers?
The Loyalty Program is available to all Vibra Travels contract clinicians. PRN and per diem travelers are not currently eligible.
Can I earn points on every contract?
Absolutely! You can earn points for each assignment, extension, or return—so your loyalty always pays off.
