Associate (500–999 pts): $25 gift card, monthly raffle entries, handwritten thanks from our team.
Professional (1000–1499 pts): All Associate + $50 gift card, social shout-out, exclusive VT travel journal, premium drawing entries.
Elite (1500+ pts): All Professional + $100 gift card, FIGS scrubs, CEU reimbursements, career strategy session, VIP networking invites, newsletter recognition & more.

FAQs

Submit your points by scanning the QR code or click on “Submit Your Points” above and by emailing Loyalty@vibratravels.com with your documentation or screenshots.

Points need to be submitted via online submission. Some actions—like referrals, social media engagement, and reviews—require a screenshot or more to earn points.

Yes! You can rack up points for completing onboarding quickly, submitting documents without delays, and meeting all requirements the first time.

Once your selection is confirmed, rewards like gift cards are typically delivered within 2 weeks.

Points don’t expire, but your tier placement is based on a rolling total—so staying active helps you move up or maintain your level.

Use our standard referral channels. If the referral qualifies and completes an assignment (or a client completes a placement), your points will be added!

The Loyalty Team will track your progress and notify you when you move up. Your recruiter will be in the loop, too!

All required health and compliance documents must be submitted on time, complete, and accepted—no extra labs or follow-ups needed.

The Loyalty Program is available to all Vibra Travels contract clinicians. PRN and per diem travelers are not currently eligible.

Absolutely! You can earn points for each assignment, extension, or return—so your loyalty always pays off.
