Stacey Mattingly

Stacey Mattingly is an accomplished Talent Acquisition Executive with over 25 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources. She began her healthcare career as a Director of HR in a LTC/ Skilled Nursing company and has since played a pivotal role in developing and implementing hiring strategies that attract top-tier talent.

Stacey joined Vibra Healthcare in July 2013, and over the past decade, she has been instrumental in shaping the organization’s talent acquisition strategy. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Talent Acquisition, Stacey has a deep passion for identifying and hiring top talent, believing that the right people are the foundation of any successful organization. She is driven by the opportunity to connect with skilled professionals, learning about their strengths, goals, and potential impact within Vibra Travels. With a keen eye for talent and a commitment to excellence, Stacey ensures every hire aligns with the company’s mission and culture. Her hands-on approach to recruitment, from conducting interviews to mentoring hiring teams, reflects her dedication to building a workforce that is both high-performing and deeply engaged in delivering exceptional patient care.

Beyond her professional achievements, Stacey is a devoted wife and proud mother to her three children.  She also cherishes her role as a Nana to her grandson, Jaxson. In her free time, she enjoys playing golf, spending quality time with family and friends, and caring for her dog, Brady.

With a deep passion for talent development and organizational excellence, Stacey remains committed to fostering a dynamic workforce that aligns with Vibra Travels mission and long-term vision.

Talent Acquisition Manager

Kaitlynn Benson

Kaitlynn is a dedicated Talent Acquisition Manager with four years of experience at Vibra. Bringing a unique background as a Physical Therapy Assistant, she previously worked primarily in skilled nursing, providing compassionate care to those in need. This experience has given Kaitlynn valuable skills in communication, empathy, and understanding the importance of a good team dynamic.

In her current role, Kaitlynn is committed to identifying top talent and fostering a strong, positive work environment. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with family, has a deep love for animals, and is passionate about interior design. She finds joy in creating beautiful and functional spaces, blending creativity with a keen eye for detail. With a passion for personal and professional growth, Kaitlynn continues to make a positive impact both in the workplace and in her community.

Talent Acquisition Manager

Kristen Ellashek

With 19 years of healthcare experience, Kristen brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role as Talent Acquisition Manager at Vibra Travels. Her background spans direct patient care, clinical leadership, and specialized experience in critical care, progressive care, surgical step-down units, and regulatory compliance—having previously served as a state surveyor.

Kristen’s journey at Vibra began as a Clinical Admission Manager, where her leadership and commitment to quality care quickly stood out. She later advanced to Director of Quality & Risk Management before transitioning to the Talent Acquisition team in 2022. Now, she focuses on connecting skilled clinicians with fulfilling career opportunities at Vibra hospitals.

Passionate about helping healthcare professionals thrive, Kristen also plays a key role in supporting international Registered Nurse candidates as they navigate their transition to the U.S. healthcare system, helping them achieve their American dream.

Outside of work, Kristen enjoys traveling, spending time with her two daughters, and cheering on her oldest at softball games as her biggest fan.

Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

Ryan Beaver

Ryan is a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner with a unique journey in healthcare and recruitment. He began his career at VibraLife in 2018 as a Personal Care Assistant before transitioning to Admissions and Business Development in 2019. In 2022, he brought his experience to Vibra Travels as a Talent Acquisition Partner, where he quickly proved his expertise in matching top-tier travel clinicians with the right opportunities. His dedication and skill led to his promotion to Senior TA Partner in 2024.

Outside of work, Ryan enjoys golfing, cooking, spending time with his family, and keeping his coworkers on their toes with his witty sense of humor.

HR Systems & Media Specialist

Audrey Mackey

Audrey is an HR Systems and Media Specialist with a strong background in talent sourcing, human resources, and marketing. She began her career in 2022 as a Sourcing Specialist, supporting Vibra Healthcare hospitals, before transitioning into an HR Representative role in the spring of 2023. In 2024, she joined Vibra Travels, where she now leads the applicant tracking system (iCIMS), manages turnover reporting, and oversees all Vibra Travels social media pages, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. She also plays a key role in event planning and administrative operations behind the scenes.

Audrey earned her Bachelor’s in Business Administration in Marketing with a Minor in Management from the University of Louisville in 2022. With her expertise in HR systems and digital media, she helps keep Vibra Travels connected, organized, and always moving forward.

Outside of work, Audrey loves catching Broadway shows, going to the movies, and spending time with her family and her cat, Luna.

Talent Acquisition Onboarding Specialist

Jen Bowman

Jen Bowman is a dedicated Talent Acquisition Onboarding Specialist with five years of experience in human resources, candidate onboarding, and employee support. Passionate about helping others, she ensures new hires feel welcomed, prepared, and confident as they begin their careers. Previously, as an Administrative Assistant, she thrived as the go-to person for meetings and assisted colleagues in getting what they needed to succeed.

Jen holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of the Cumberlands and is a Notary Public. She is proficient in a range of HR systems, including UKG/Ultipro HRIS, iCIMS, and DISA, allowing her to streamline processes and improve the employee experience.

Outside of work, Jen is an avid reader, especially enjoying fantasy, mystery, and suspense novels. She loves scrapbooking and is currently learning cross-stitching. She also enjoys spending time with family and friends, whether it’s for board game nights, karaoke, or sharing laughter over a good conversation. At home, she enjoys life with her husband, son, and beloved cats (Rugen, Nugget and Bambalam), who always keep things interesting.

Talent Acquisition Onboarding Specialist

Shane Johnson

Shane Johnson is an experienced Onboarding Specialist with over four years of expertise in HR, compliance, and candidate management. Throughout his career, he has developed a keen understanding of the complexities involved in bringing new employees into an organization. Shane’s passion for creating seamless and welcoming onboarding experiences has made him an asset in ensuring that new hires feel supported, informed, and excited from day one.

His background spans across various aspects of human resources, and his commitment to compliance and effective candidate management allows him to develop tailored solutions for each employee’s onboarding journey. Shane works closely with leadership teams to ensure that every new hire is equipped with the tools and knowledge they need to succeed within the company.

Outside of his professional responsibilities, Shane enjoys writing books, which allows him to tap into his creative side, as well as watching movies that spark inspiration and new ideas. As an avid fan of theme parks, Shane finds joy in visiting Disney World and Universal Studios as often as he can.
