Chief Executive Officer
Wayne Mackey
Wayne Mackey is the CEO of Vibra Travels and also serves as the chief human resources officer for Vibra Healthcare. With over 25 years of experience in the healthcare profession, Wayne leads by progressively learning, motivating others, and identifying new ideas and methods for continuous performance improvement.
Philosophically, Wayne feels blessed to serve Vibra’s patients, residents, employees, and key stakeholders at all levels. His mission is to lead with core values of trust, integrity, and commitment to the outcome. He is a transparent team player who focuses on core deliverables and team growth simultaneously.
Wayne’s specialties include public speaking, training, leadership development, talent management, behavior-based interviewing techniques, positive employee relations, and executive coaching. He is an SPHR/SHRM member, a DDI-certified facilitator, 360-Degree certified, and Predictive Index certified. He is also experienced with Taleo (ATS), grid training, and Studer Group’s “Hardwiring Excellence” system.

Becky Burton
Becky Burton brings more than 27 years of healthcare experience to Vibra Travels as the director of clinical services. She has held various management and executive leadership roles in the post-acute healthcare industry, including owning and operating Amarillo Specialty Home Care and working for Kindred Healthcare, LifeCare Health Partners, and Vibra Healthcare. Becky earned her nursing degree from West Texas A&M in Canyon, Texas, and resides in Texas with her husband of 32 years.
Outside of work, she cherishes time with her family, including three children, their spouses, and two wonderful grandchildren. Becky’s interests also include travel, live music, amusement parks, and appreciating the beauty of beaches, sunsets, and sunrises.

Jillian Petrunak
Jillian Petrunak has worked for Vibra Healthcare since 2018 and joined the Vibra Travels team in 2022. She has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Shippensburg University. Starting her career in behavioral and mental health, Jillian found her passion in a sales opportunity and has continued down that path ever since. Her background includes business development, contract development, healthcare and executive recruiting, and human resources.
For Vibra Travels, Jillian develops relationships with healthcare partners to assist in staffing needs, as well as works to expand the outreach to clinicians who may be interested in working or traveling with us. She is proud to work with a team that offers a small family feel while providing quality service and devoting the time and attention clients and clinicians deserve.
When not working, Jillian enjoys being outdoors, interior design, and time with her daughter, husband, friends, and family.

Julia Satoh
Julia Satoh has worked in the healthcare field since 2018. After graduating with her Master of Arts in speech-language pathology from Indiana University, Julia worked across different hospital settings as a bilingual speech-language pathologist. In 2021, she decided to make a career pivot and transitioned into her new role as a director of client success and team manager with Vibra Travels. Julia uses her experience as a clinician and her results-driven mindset to always keep the wants and needs of both the facilities and the travelers at the forefront.
When not working, Julia enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and dog.

Brittany Hulsman
Brittany has worked in the healthcare field since 2015 as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant. She has experience working in skilled nursing facilities and home health, providing fun and exceptional treatments to her patients. In 2022, she decided to pivot her career into her new role as a talent acquisition partner with Vibra Travels. Brittany loves building relationships with travelers and always provides a positive attitude!
When she is not working with her travelers, Brittany loves spending time with her two sons and husband!

Ben Kranbacher
Ben is a Talent Acquisition professional with four years of experience in healthcare staffing, bringing a strong understanding of the industry and a passion for connecting candidates with the right opportunities.
Outside of work, Ben enjoys spending time with family and friends and making the most of the summer months camping and boating along the river. Ben lives in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania with his fiancée, their pitbull Madden, and two cats, Mo and Jinx. He also has a creative side and loves playing the guitar, as well as traveling whenever he gets the chance.

Crystal is a Talent Acquisition professional who began her recruiting career in the manufacturing sector before transitioning into healthcare following COVID. She brings a passion for connecting top talent with travel opportunities that foster growth, adventure, and long-term career fulfillment, while building meaningful relationships with clinicians that extend beyond their careers.
Outside of work, Crystal enjoys spending time with her husband and their three children, as well as traveling and exploring new cultures through food. Her weekends are often spent cheering on her son at AAU basketball tournaments and supporting her daughters at dance competitions with their team.

Deonna Bailey
Deonna Bailey, RN BSN, CRRN brings 31 years of nursing experience to her role as a Talent Acquisition Partner with Vibra Travels. Deonna spent 15 years with Vibra at Gateway Rehab Hospital, where she was drawn to the organization’s positive culture and commitment to doing the right thing for patients. Today, that same passion drives her work on the recruitment side, helping connect healthcare professionals with roles where they can truly thrive.
When she’s not working, Deonna enjoys country living with her husband and their beagle, Louise, cheering on her three adult children, and soaking up time with her twin grandsons—the absolute lights of her life. She loves her Church community, golfing and making memories with family.

Haley Laughlin
Haley is a dedicated Talent Acquisition Partner with over four years of experience in allied and nurse recruitment. Haley earned her bachelor’s degree in Public Health from Slippery Rock University, where she also served as the captain of the Co-ed Cheerleading team.
She enjoys building and fostering relationships with care providers and finding the perfect fit! Outside of work, Haley enjoys spending time with her family and being outdoors.

Heather Dugan
Heather is a talent acquisition partner with Vibra Travels. Heather originally started as a radiographer and worked in a clinical/hospital setting for seven years before transitioning to healthcare recruiting. Using her healthcare knowledge and drive, Heather’s goal is to get you the best placement possible.
Outside of work, Heather enjoys spending time with her husband and two young children. Heather also enjoys camping, hiking, and breweries.

Jennifer Bieda
Jennifer is a senior talent acquisition partner with a clinical background in speech-language pathology. As a bilingual speech-language pathologist, she worked in a variety of hospital settings. In 2022, she ventured into a new field with Vibra Travels. She relies on her clinical experience to identify well-qualified travel staff, find great fits for each unique client and traveler, and build great connections along the way.
Outside of work, Jennifer spends time with her family and two rescue dogs, as well as running, surfing, and enjoying delicious food.

Kellie Davidson
With over 15 years of experience in healthcare recruitment, Kellie Davidson has built her career around connecting talented people with opportunities that truly make a difference. She’s passionate about hiring qualified clinicians by building trust, creating long-term relationships, and helping clinicians find roles where they can thrive.
Kellie has worked with Nursing and Allied Health professionals across the country. She handles every step of the recruitment process, from the first phone call to the final contract. She takes pride in being a reliable advocate for both her candidates and clients. Her ability to balance empathy with strategy has earned her a reputation for professionalism, persistence, and heart.
Kellie earned her Bachelor of Science in Interpersonal Communication Studies from Ball State University, a foundation that continues to shape her approach to meaningful connection and collaboration. She’s also Predictive Index Certified and trained in DDI Leadership, reinforcing her commitment to understanding people and leading with authenticity.

Lena is a recruiter with a diverse background in both healthcare and finance. She spent several years specializing in healthcare recruitment before transitioning into technical hiring for buy-side financial firms. Through all of her experience, she has enjoyed the challenge of matching top-tier talent with fast-paced, high-performing teams.
Originally from Buffalo, NY, she moved to Chicago to enjoy life in a bigger city, but she’ll always be a loyal Buffalo Bills fan. Outside of work, Lena loves exploring new restaurants, hot yoga classes and spending time with her English Bulldog, who definitely runs the show.

Maxi Field
Maxi is a Locum Tenens Recruiter at Vibra Travels, connecting healthcare professionals with rewarding opportunities. With a nursing background and extensive leadership experience in healthcare, she brings a deep understanding of healthcare operations and provider needs to her recruiting work. An RN since 2010 and MBA graduate from the University of Mary, Bismarck in 2015, she combines clinical expertise with leadership skills to support both providers and healthcare organizations.
Outside of work, Maxi enjoys time with her husband and their busy 3-year-old, spending summers at the lake, hitting the ski slopes in winter, and enjoying live music, and baking when she can. She is dedicated to making every recruitment experience smooth, supportive, and rewarding.

Sami brings eight years of diverse experience in the healthcare industry, having held roles ranging from Treatment Coordinator to Human Resources before discovering her true passion in recruitment. As a recruiter, she finds the greatest fulfillment in connecting candidates with their next opportunities and helping them succeed in their careers.
Sami began her college journey pursuing dental hygiene but later shifted her focus to the business side of healthcare. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Healthcare Management from Northwood University. She is skilled in a variety of HR systems, including iCIMS, Paylocity, UKG, and Lawson.

HR Systems & Media Specialist
Audrey Mackey
Audrey is an HR Systems and Media Specialist with a strong background in talent sourcing, human resources, and marketing. She began her career in 2022 as a Sourcing Specialist, supporting Vibra Healthcare hospitals, before transitioning into an HR Representative role in the spring of 2023. In 2024, she joined Vibra Travels, where she now leads the applicant tracking system (iCIMS), manages turnover reporting, and oversees all Vibra Travels social media pages, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. She also plays a key role in event planning and administrative operations behind the scenes.
Audrey earned her Bachelor’s in Business Administration in Marketing with a Minor in Management from the University of Louisville in 2022. With her expertise in HR systems and digital media, she helps keep Vibra Travels connected, organized, and always moving forward.
Outside of work, Audrey loves catching Broadway shows, going to the movies, and spending time with her family and her cat, Luna.

Abbie Sweigert
Abigail (Abbie) Sweigert is a senior HR representative with Vibra Travels. After beginning her healthcare career in 2021, she made the leap to HR and joined our team in 2022. Armed with her English degree, a keen eye for detail, and extensive customer service background, she’s all about providing a phenomenal experience for each client and clinician she serves.
Abbie is a Wyoming native who resides in Pennsylvania with her husband and her Siberian Husky. In her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends. She also loves running, reading, traveling, exploring the outdoors, and visiting home as often as possible.

Sarah is an Onboarding Specialist with over three years of experience in Human Resources, including full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and compliance. Known for her attention to detail and customer service skillset, Sarah thrives on ensuring all new hires are set up for success.
She is currently pursuing a degree in Computer Information Systems with a focus on Data Analysis, with the goal of combining her HR background with data-driven insights.

In her free time, she likes spending time with family and friends and traveling to New York to spend time with her daughter.
