Wayne Mackey
Wayne Mackey is the CEO of Vibra Travels and also serves as the chief human resources officer for Vibra Healthcare. With over 25 years of experience in the healthcare profession, Wayne leads by progressively learning, motivating others, and identifying new ideas and methods for continuous performance improvement.
Philosophically, Wayne feels blessed to serve Vibra’s patients, residents, employees, and key stakeholders at all levels. His mission is to lead with core values of trust, integrity, and commitment to the outcome. He is a transparent team player who focuses on core deliverables and team growth simultaneously.
Wayne’s specialties include public speaking, training, leadership development, talent management, behavior-based interviewing techniques, positive employee relations, and executive coaching. He is an SPHR/SHRM member, a DDI-certified facilitator, 360-Degree certified, and Predictive Index certified. He is also experienced with Taleo (ATS), grid training, and Studer Group’s “Hardwiring Excellence” system.

Jillian Petrunak
Jillian Petrunak has worked for Vibra Healthcare since 2018 and joined the Vibra Travels team in 2022. She has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Shippensburg University. Starting her career in behavioral and mental health, Jillian found her passion in a sales opportunity and has continued down that path ever since. Her background includes business development, contract development, healthcare and executive recruiting, and human resources.
For Vibra Travels, Jillian develops relationships with healthcare partners to assist in staffing needs, as well as works to expand the outreach to clinicians who may be interested in working or traveling with us. She is proud to work with a team that offers a small family feel while providing quality service and devoting the time and attention clients and clinicians deserve.
When not working, Jillian enjoys being outdoors, interior design, and time with her daughter, husband, friends, and family.

Becky Burton
Becky Burton brings more than 27 years of healthcare experience to Vibra Travels as the director of clinical services. She has held various management and executive leadership roles in the post-acute healthcare industry, including owning and operating Amarillo Specialty Home Care and working for Kindred Healthcare, LifeCare Health Partners, and Vibra Healthcare. Becky earned her nursing degree from West Texas A&M in Canyon, Texas, and resides in Texas with her husband of 32 years.
Outside of work, she cherishes time with her family, including three children, their spouses, and two wonderful grandchildren. Becky’s interests also include travel, live music, amusement parks, and appreciating the beauty of beaches, sunsets, and sunrises.

Julia Satoh
Julia Satoh has worked in the healthcare field since 2018. After graduating with her Master of Arts in speech-language pathology from Indiana University, Julia worked across different hospital settings as a bilingual speech-language pathologist. In 2021, she decided to make a career pivot and transitioned into her new role as a director of client success and team manager with Vibra Travels. Julia uses her experience as a clinician and her results-driven mindset to always keep the wants and needs of both the facilities and the travelers at the forefront.
When not working, Julia enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and dog.

Kelly Gianforte
Kelly Gianforte is a director of client success and team manager with Vibra Travels. After graduating with her bachelor’s degree in business management and marketing from the University of Delaware in 2015, Kelly began her career in retail recruiting. Entering the world of healthcare recruiting, Kelly brings her high touch to the candidate and client experiences and loves to see the team grow and succeed.
When not working, Kelly enjoys gardening, camping, and being with her husband, son, and two dogs.

Aaron Waller
Aaron is a talent acquisition partner at Vibra Travels. He has over five years of recruiting experience in various industries, including behavioral health, education, engineering, finance, and construction. He holds a bachelor’s degree in human resource management from Liberty University, where he was a Division 1 football student-athlete and team leader. Aaron is passionate about building relationships with his candidates and colleagues and aims to be a trusted partner to his stakeholders.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, two daughters, and their dog. He also enjoys traveling and is a devoted Los Angeles Chargers fan!

Brittany Freyer-Xenidis
Brittany is a talent acquisition partner with Vibra Travels. She has been in the healthcare industry for over 11 years in various settings. Brittany has a bachelor’s degree in sports medicine, health, and exercise science from Guilford College, along with an associate’s degree in physical therapist assistant from Carroll Community College. She builds trusting relationships quickly and enjoys the process of finding the perfect match for both the candidate and the hospital.
When she is not working with her candidates, Brittany enjoys spending time with her two children and husband, CrossFit, and reading.

Brittany Hulsman
Brittany has worked in the healthcare field since 2015 as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant. She has experience working in skilled nursing facilities and home health, providing fun and exceptional treatments to her patients. In 2022, she decided to pivot her career into her new role as a talent acquisition partner with Vibra Travels. Brittany loves building relationships with travelers and always provides a positive attitude!
When she is not working with her travelers, Brittany loves spending time with her two sons and husband!

Heather Dugan
Heather is a talent acquisition partner with Vibra Travels. Heather originally started as a radiographer and worked in a clinical/hospital setting for seven years before transitioning to healthcare recruiting. Using her healthcare knowledge and drive, Heather’s goal is to get you the best placement possible.
Outside of work, Heather enjoys spending time with her husband and two young children. Heather also enjoys camping, hiking, and breweries.

Jennifer Bieda
Jennifer is a talent acquisition partner with a clinical background in speech-language pathology. As a bilingual speech-language pathologist, she worked in a variety of hospital settings. In 2022, she ventured into a new field with Vibra Travels. She relies on her clinical experience to identify well-qualified travel staff, find great fits for each unique client and traveler, and build great connections along the way.
Outside of work, Jennifer spends time with her family and two rescue dogs, as well as running, surfing, and enjoying delicious food.

Jolene Pickens
Jolene Pickens, known to most as Jo, is a passionate and dedicated recruiter with extensive experience connecting healthcare professionals to rewarding opportunities. With a background in both military and civilian recruiting, she specializes in building genuine relationships and providing personalized support to every candidate.
At Vibra Travels, Jo focuses on creating seamless experiences for RNs and other healthcare professionals, helping them find travel assignments that align with their skills, goals, and lifestyles. Her approach is simple: she listens, cares, and makes the process as stress-free as possible.
Outside of work, Jo enjoys spending time with her wife and three amazing daughters. As a proud Air Force veteran, she values teamwork, integrity, and a positive attitude—qualities that guide her daily.

Mallory is a talent acquisition partner with Vibra Travels. She is a Fort Worth, Texas, city dweller who loves to volunteer, travel, partake in outdoor activities, and find new adventures along the way. She enjoys meeting new people, developing new relationships, solving problems, and contributing to the overall growth and core values of a business.

After obtaining a bachelor’s degree in psychology, Marcie embarked on a journey in the social work field for several years. Her passion for making a difference in the lives of others eventually led her to healthcare recruiting.
With an understanding of healthcare dynamics and a passion for helping others, Marcie’s mission is to create an exceptional candidate experience. Her goal is not only to match clinicians with their dream placements but to foster enduring, mutually beneficial professional relationships.

TJ Riddle
TJ is a talent acquisition partner at Vibra Travels. He started out in the industrial and manufacturing industries and has worked in the healthcare industry for almost a year. He loves what he does and is always excited to help healthcare professionals progress in their careers.
He is a happy-go-lucky mix of introvert and extrovert, depending on the day. TJ spends most days working and doing chores, but beyond the daily grind, he is a fitness enthusiast and a sweets connoisseur (“Reese’s are the GOAT”). He is also currently working to become a better cook. Some days, he’s outdoors going on a hike, playing sports, fishing, or spending quality time with his dog, Madden.

Jillian O’Neal
Jillian O’Neal is the HR representative for Vibra Travels. She joined the team in January 2022 after spending 17 years in the banking and finance industry. Jillian is customer-focused and enjoys working with the Vibra team to onboard and support new recruits throughout their assignment.
Outside of work, Jillian enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. They love to travel, play sports, and spend time with family and friends.

Abbie Sweigert
Abigail (Abbie) Sweigert is an HR representative with Vibra Travels. After beginning her healthcare career in 2021, she made the leap to HR and joined our team in 2022. Armed with her English degree, a keen eye for detail, and extensive customer service background, she’s all about providing a phenomenal experience for each client and clinician she serves.
Abbie is a Wyoming native who resides in Pennsylvania with her husband and her Siberian Husky. In her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends. She also loves running, reading, traveling, exploring the outdoors, and visiting home as often as possible.
