A Sweet (and Healthy) Valentine’s Treat
Health Corner
Whether you’re celebrating with someone special or treating yourself, this heart-healthy Valentine’s recipe is a team favorite. It’s simple, nutritious, and delicious!
Dark Chocolate Strawberry Yogurt Bark
Ingredients:
· 1½ cups plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
· 1–2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
· ½ tsp vanilla extract
· Fresh strawberries, sliced
· ¼ cup dark chocolate chips (70% cacao or higher)
Directions:
1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Mix yogurt, honey, and vanilla until smooth.
3. Spread evenly on the parchment paper.
4. Sprinkle strawberries and dark chocolate chips on top.
5. Freeze for 2–3 hours until firm.
6. Break into pieces and enjoy!
